Condrieu is a small vineyard, located on steep hills of the right bank of the Rhône, which produces wines with very different personalities.
A single grape variety is used in the composition of Condrieu wines: the viognier, smooth and expressive. The harvest of our Vin Rare were made by hand, and the grapes transported in crates essentially. The fermentations took place in vats and in barrels, at low temperature. The wine was then aged partially in vats and barrels.
The dress is shiny and lightly golden. The nose, extremely rich, constantly evolving with astonishing power. We at first glance perceives floral notes (rose, violet). Are coming then aromas more typical of the appellation: white peach, apricot, quince and mango.
