Vignoble Simian

The wine estate, as it is today, is the result of a family history dating back to the end of the 19th century. A heritage that endures and is still passed on today, imbued with both the lessons of the past and a philosophy that is well anchored in its present.

Florian and Jean-Pierre Serguier, in constant search of quality, are convinced that they can achieve it, in particular by promoting a perfect harmony of the vine with nature. They now manage 33 hectares spread over 3 appellations, and never stop experimenting, using the 13 or so grape varieties present in the vineyard as tools.
