If you could only drink one varietal, what would it be? Cabernet Franc
Which is your favourite wine destination? Patagonia; simply stunning part of the world, closely followed by California for the sheer diversity of wineries and styles and climates.
What is on your bucket list of places to visit? I’ve been pretty much everywhere for wine bar New Zealand, so Central Otago could be fun.
Who would you to choose to share a bottle with, dead or alive?! My dad if he were alive. He knew nothing but Bordeaux and I could show him what wine is really all about.

What is your go to wine? A cold glass of Domaine Guillaman, Colombard-Sauvignon in the sunshine or a sweetie anywhere, any time.
If you could only drink one varietal, what would it be? Sauvignon Blanc
Which is your favourite wine destination? I like Languedoc-Roussillion so much that I moved in!
What is on your bucket list of places to visit? Westcott Vineyards, Niagara. Dan always tells me how much I would like it!

What is your go to wine? Dauvergne Ranvier's new Le Voisin Viognier is in the fridge as our house white; crisp, zippy, aromatic and delicious!
If you could only drink one varietal, what would it be? Pinot Noir
Which is your favourite wine destination? Napa Valley; one of the few wine regions I could see myself living in (though Martinborough is a close second!)
What is on your bucket list of places to visit? South America (Chile/Argentina/Uruguay) would be amazing to visit as I've never been
Who would you to choose to share a bottle with, dead or alive?! Who said anything about sharing? Okay, my wife obviously, but I'm sure Louis Armstrong would have some fun stories...

Which is your favourite wine destination? Germany. The Rhine Valley specifically, having spent many years there in the military.
What is on your bucket list of places to visit? Definitely New Zealand
Who would you to choose to share a bottle with, dead or alive?! Lord Wellington. For me he is what I would class as a once in a century person bit like Churchill was in the 20th Century but in the 19th Century.

Who would you to choose to share a bottle with, dead or alive?! Neil Armstrong – love to drink wine and hear about his experiences, or more obscure; Olof Rudbeck (The Elder) as he featured so heavily in my dissertation!

What is your go to wine? Calmel & Joseph, Villa Blanche Pinot Noir.
If you could only drink one varietal, what would it be? Pinot Noir. Because it is the healthiest and smooth.
Which is your favourite wine destination? Oak Knoll District in the Napa Valley, Welsh connections with the Trefethen family, and very nice wine, beautiful part of the world also.
What is on your bucket list of places to visit? Route 66 from Chicago to Santa Monica on a Harley Davidson.
Who would you to choose to share a bottle with, dead or alive?! Keith Floyd.. I believe he would have been great company and have some interesting stories from his travels around the world, he could also cook a fantastic Steak dinner washed down with a couple of Reds.
