This special cava is the result of a careful selection of the finest wines made from indigenous Penedès grape varieties, grown under a Mediterranean climate on clay and limestone soils.
It is crafted using the traditional Champenoise method and aged for a minimum of 40 months, with no added sugar.

Appearance: Delicate raspberry hue.
Nose: Floral aromas with notes of red and ripe fruit, pastry nuances and a subtle hint of cinnamon.
Palate: Powerful yet balanced, flavourful and vibrant, with good acidity and fine, elegant bubbles.
