Grapes harvested between late September and early October, with Garnacha reaching an advanced ripening on the vine. Selected and blended for the second fermentation in bottle in February.
Aged on its lees for more than 48 months at a constant temperature of 18°C.

Appearance: Light raspberry colour.
Nose: Floral aromas with notes of red fruit, ripe fruit, pastry nuances and hints of cinnamon.
Palate: Powerful yet balanced, flavourful, with good acidity and fine bubbles.
