This cuvée is produced in the Maine river basin. It takes its name from a small stream that runs through the Domaine. The wine is matured in vats and has been kept on the lees for a minimum of 36 months without racking, with bâtonnage (lees stirring) every 6 months, which allows the fruit and terroir to develop.
