Flora is a blend of select aromatic white varieties that have
proven to be a natural match for our ocean-influenced terroir and cool climate in Nova Scotia. A Germanic-inspired aromatic white blend, Flora displays the signature perfumed, fragrant aromatics, vibrancy and freshness of the region. Fermentation takes place in 100% stainless steel to preserve the primary fruit flavours and aromatic purity.
Pale gold in the glass with silvery-green highlights, the 2024 vintage of Flora is notably expressive, offering a burst of aromatic intensity. The nose is layered with ripe Asian pear, lychee, and white peach, lifted by delicate floral notes of lilac and violet. On the palate, Flora is light-bodied with a soft, rounded texture and an off-dry profile. A gentle
sweetness is beautifully balanced by bright, cool-climate acidity, leading to graceful finish that lingers with juicy fruit and perfumed florals.
Ideal pairings include lightly spiced Thai or Vietnamese cuisine, ginger-glazed seafood, sushi, soft-ripened cheeses, or fruit-based salads with herbs and citrus.
