Domaine Cornu-Camus Chorey-les-Beaune Rouge

On the nose, small red fruits (raspberry, morello cherry) and black fruits (blackberries) dominate. Subtle, delicate and with a fine tannic structure, Chorey stands out as a versatile Burgundy. Whether it's cold cuts, hot starters or offal, its friendly and fluid structure does not overwhelm balanced and harmonious dishes.
