This Chinon Rouge is the fruit of the old vines of our best terroirs revealing themselves during long macerations where the extraction of tannic and aromatic materials is highlighted. The richness and natural power of this wine allows the second fermentation in foudres (1500 litre barrels). Ageing varies from 9 to 18 months depending on the vintage and allows the wine to give it the character of the terroir.

This cuvée has a deep and dark garnet ruby colour and develops a spicy, toasted character, supported by aromas of ripe black berries. The fruity expression brings a perfect balance of sensations and leads to a fleshy and seductive finish. This red wine will flourish in your glasses in complete privacy.
