Deep purple red colour with a beautiful shine. The nose is opulent with its notes of black truffle, vanilla stick, dark chocolate, peat, small black fruits such as blackcurrant and this slightly spicy finish on cinnamon. On the palate, we immediately feel a harmonious, velvety wine thanks to round, supple but powerful tannins. The truffle is still there, but so is the cocoa and then the small wild fruits such as blackberries, redcurrants, blueberries and blackcurrants. The finish is very successful because it is all about tension and persistence. Caramany is a corner of paradise for those who want to create a great red wine.
