Chateau Minvielle Blanc

Colour is pale yellow, brilliant. To the nose, it reveals complex and intense fruits notes, with floral notes like boxwood, typical of sauvignon grapes. Mouth is well balanced, with a good aromatic persistency. Finish is pleasant with peach and citrus aromas. obtain a maximum of fruity aromas (citrus fruits, peach…). The wine is then maturated on thin lees to confer its volume and complex mouth.
