This Shiraz is co-fermented with 3% Viognier which is a white grape. When fermented together it helps lift the nose to create more floral ‘pretty’ aromas like violets, it also has notes of Chocolate ganache. The wine has lovely deep flavours with lovely red and dark sweet fruits with a slightly powdery tannins adding a fine structure.
